A floating card anchored to a trigger, holding a title, a body and anything interactive. A Tooltip is the version with neither.

Tokens

The tokens Popover reads. Set these under components.Popover in your token file, or pass them to ThemeScope to change one region of the page.
Component Tokens
Popover's component tokens, with the values the default theme produces. Set one and it applies to every Popover under the provider.
Global Tokens
The global tokens Popover reads. Set one under components.Popover to change it for Popover only, or at the top level to change every component.
