Suggestion has no component tokens of its own. Its menu is a Cascader, so the menu's active fill and item padding come from components.Cascader (see the Cascader tokens). Setting those changes every Cascader under the provider.

The global tokens Suggestion reads, for the space around an item's icon and extra. Set one under components.Suggestion to change it for Suggestion only, or at the top level to change every component.
