Mentions
A textarea that opens a suggestion list after a trigger character, for @ mentions and anything else keyed the same way.
Anotomy
Structure of the mentions field and how its internal parts are composed. These are its semantic parts, so they are also what the
classNames and styles objects accept. Unlike Select, popup is a plain string here, not a nested object.

4 | popup | The suggestion list that opens after a prefix character, from options. It renders in a portal, so this key is how you reach it. placement opens it above or below. |
