Every language sits side by side, and picking one sets the session's language and flips the shell for a right-to-left script.

variant="sheet" shows a button with the current language that opens a list of large options from the bottom of the screen.

Pass options, value and onChange to use the picker outside a kiosk session.

Hand the session's keyboardLanguage to the keyboard provider so the picker also switches the on-screen layout.
