What a list looks like when it has nothing in it: a drawing, a sentence saying why, and usually one thing to do about it.
Anotomy
Structure of the empty state and how its internal parts are composed. These are its semantic parts, so they are also what the
classNames and styles objects accept.

1 | root | The centered block that holds every other part. |
2 | image | The illustration, from image. It takes either of the two built-in images, any node, or a URL string. |
3 | description | The message, from description. The locale's "No data" by default, and false removes it. |
4 | footer | The row under the message, holding the empty state's children. Use it for one action, like a Create button. |
