A full month or year surface for displaying and selecting dates, with a cell renderer for putting your own content in a day.
Anotomy
Structure of the calendar and how its internal parts are composed. These are its semantic parts, so they are also what the
classNames and styles objects accept.

1 | root | The whole calendar. fullscreen={false} gives the compact card. |
2 | header | The row with the year and month pickers and the month or year switch. headerRender replaces it. |
3 | body | The area under the header that holds the grid. |
4 | content | The grid itself, a table of days, or of months when mode="year". |
5 | item | One cell, a day or a month. fullCellRender replaces the whole cell. |
6 | itemContent | The date inside a cell. cellRender adds your own content under it. |
